Aren't They Inspirational?

Do you need a friend to watch your back? An inspiration to allow you to dream big? A guide to show you what your life leads? A listener who listens when you talk? A parent who understands what you feel inside? A soldier who's able to protect you from danger? Do you need a smile on your face? Or a feeling of hope? If you do, all you need to look for is a teacher.
"I am not in it for the money but for the joy to see my students like you succeed, someday", each teacher always says to his/her students. " It is truly an honor to see my students thrive and achieve their goals and dreams!"
Aren't they inspirational? Teachers. From their jobs we can say they have the most "boring" life of all the "workers" or should I say contributors. From the time they sit on their seats, and facilitate the learners into the time they stand up and dismiss every class they are assigned to, you can imagine how uninteresting your life would be if you're like them. When you see them attend to dozens of heavy classes or appointments, everyday, you can feel how tiresome their days are. When you find out how much is their monthly salaries, you can know how hard it is to earn money being one of them. But despite all of these, teachers can be seen always happy at what they do.
Like one of them once said, a teacher is not born but created by teachers also. A teacher's very mission, that is to teach, give them happiness. Another mission of a teacher is to guide his/her students and show them what really life means. As we all know, they are like sculptures who mend the destiny and future of each their students. They are also like doctors who understand what you feels inside. Furthermore, they can also contribute to you smiles and laughter. They can be friends and parents who promise to give you company whenever and wherever. Teachers can definitely do good deeds to us, students.
Teachers, therefore are heroes. We are all aware of the fact that without them, there will be no lawyers, doctors, engineers, leaders, etc. Education, the best thing that we can have, would not be contributed to us if there aren't teachers. We wouldn't know how to survive without education and knowledge that these teachers contribute to us. As we grow up to be no longer children, we will need their contributions to get the dream that we have been dreaming of. Thanks to our teachers, we will be able to live   to our success.

What Modern Heroes Are

Rizal, Bonifacio, Mabini, Del Pilar and Aguinaldo are some famous heroes of us from the old times. We are all aware of what they did for our country, that is to bring peace and freedom to it and to its men. They fought bravely to death to commit freedom and stop the suffering that colonizers brought to their countrymen. They served as models who encouraged their men to fight and warriors to our country because of those that were contributed by them. That was when we got abused and colonized by different countries, a long time ago. Today, we've got new sets of heroes. Now that we are in the modern times, we must know about them and their contributions.
These heroes aren't like Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Wonderwoman, or even The Avengers. They don't have superpowers like flying, superspeeds and superstrengths but they do have the power of their hearts and minds. These heroes serve to the development of their family and their country. They don't fight to promote and protect their land but do their job greatly to contribute with it. These heroes are what we call hopes because they carry out the future. I am obviously talking about our doctors, teachers, lawyers, etc. As we are aware of, these heroes help their nation thrive by their works. They help others especially those who needed them most. Our parents are also included in the list. As they guide their children into the right path and do everything they can for their sake, they can be called as caring heroes. We, students can also be heroes. We are the hopes for better future. Students also serve as seeds of improvement.
Heroes can not only be the ones who fight against bad guys like what we see in movies. They can be all of us. They are who help their people and beloved ones even by such in a little way.

It Comes with a Responsibility

We have finally passed the years of suffering, fear, and death, when we were once slaves of the selfish people of different countries. Our garden, when discovered, was easily colonized by swarms of locusts, which left its native bees nothing but suffering. The flowers of our garden became the food for those cruel insects, leaving the bees only their trashes to clean up.We must have been the ones who would have used the resources of our property. Now that the Pearl of the Orient Seas is free for us to look for, we will let these cruelties invade us, never again.
We found a simple but powerful weapon against colonization as we thrive through the years. Even the smallest dagger can slay the biggest giant, if we have it in our hands. Our Filipino language was once introduced to us by a brave leader, who thought of the benefits and importance of it to our nation. President Manuel L. Quezon introduced us to this dagger which represents our rights to our property and keeps peace in and out of it. As it was held up high by the next leaders since it first arose, it promised to behold not only peace but understanding between people. As a way of communication, the Filipino language has always contribute to us.
The Filipino language is indeed very important to us and our country. It is for all of us to keep and cherish, however, it comes with a responsibility that we shall need to keep.
